John started with the company in 2013 as a Response Operator learning all aspects of call monitoring. This enabled him to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of StaffSafe® as a security solution. He has developed into a technical role where he is responsible for the day to day running of the Control Centre.
Kim joined StaffSafe® in 2012 and has gained a wide experience of the company through working in a variety of roles. Now responsible for office operations and procedures at our headquarters in Dumfries, her responsibilities include overseeing the administration and service departments, along with the management of the engineering and installation teams.
David previously worked for 20 years in management positions in the retail sector and music industry which gave him a wide insight into business operations and security issues at all levels. He has worked with several large organisations and various forums to support specific workplace challenges and has published several articles promoting staff safety.
Paul joined the company as CEO in January 2017. He brings with him 25 years’ experience in senior sales/account management and operational roles. A former police officer, he has spent many years in the security industry, developing into wider roles in general facilities management services.
He has never been afraid to take on roles outside of his core experience, having worked for extended periods in software development (knowledge management) and the business travel sector (visas and passports). Since joining StaffSafe® he has concentrated on improving customer service, the client experience and securing new customers.
Neil has been employed in a technical capacity with StaffSafe® for 12 years, before joining the board as Technical Director in 2017.
He joined the armed forces as an apprentice studying electronic engineering, going on to study security systems at Leeds City College and specialising in intruder and CCTV applications. Working with client security teams across a wide range of market sectors, Neil helps to provide consistent, robust solutions to a variety of issues whilst maximising benefit through integration with existing systems. He has designed bespoke safety and security solutions for blue-chip clients including William Hill, McDonald’s, KFC, One Stop, Booker Wholesale and Lloyds Pharmacy.
